Re-design or rebuild - how do I decide?

We'll assess the existing structure and give you an honest recommendation based on condition, cost, and what you're trying to achieve. Sometimes renovation is clearly the right call; sometimes rebuild wins on value.

Can I stay in the home during the renovation?

Depends on scope. Partial renovations often allow you to stay. Major structural works or whole-home renovations may require you to move out temporarily. We cover this at consultation.

Do you handle design as well as building?

Yes - design through to finished build, managed end to end. You get one contact and one process.

What if you find unexpected issues inside the walls?

It happens, particularly in older homes. We build in a contingency process: any discovered issues are documented and discussed with you before we proceed, with agreed costs confirmed in writing.
